our process
We love what we do, and it shows. We believe your home should be a place that rejuvenates your soul-where you walk in at the end of the day, take a deep breath, and feel at peace. You should love where you live, and building remodeling your home should never be stressful. That’s why we focus on listening, clear communication, and creating a seamless experience from start to finish.
step 1: CONSULTATION
We meet you on-site or via Zoom if your’re out of town for a free one-hour consultation. This is a no obligation opportunity to get to know each other, discuss your vision, and review the scope of work.
step 2: ESTIMATE
We provide a detailed bid or estimate for the work, along with a proposed timeline.
step 3: DEPOSIT
Once you are ready to move forward, a deposit (typically 1/3 of the project estimate) reserves your project slot.
step 4: PROJECT EXECUTION
We begin the project with weekly updates and photos so you can follow progress remotely. You’ll receive monthly updates on budget, billing and progress reports.
step 5: COMPLETION AND FOLLOW UP
Upon completion, we review your new space, discuss warranties, and provide guidance on property management services to ensure your home continues to function beautifully.
